Samsung customers who paid to fix a software update glitch in their smartphones are entitled to refunds, the tech giant says.
The Australian arm of the world’s largest smartphone maker confirmed on Wednesday it was investigating claims a software update is causing some handsets in South Australia to malfunction.
The phones reportedly stopped working, only showing the Samsung logo.
